MHN Precision manages the complete export and logistics process for CNC machined parts from Turkey to Germany and Europe.

We organize regular weekly shipments and prepare every delivery with careful packaging, corrosion protection, export documentation and clear labelling. Our goal is to ensure that all parts arrive safely, cleanly and ready for use in the customer’s production process.

Weekly Express Shipments to Germany

We organize regular shipments from Turkey to Germany every Friday using light commercial express vehicles.

Since these shipments are not sent by standard heavy trucks, they are not subject to the same tachograph-related restrictions and long truck waiting lines at customs. This allows us to provide faster and more flexible delivery solutions for urgent and regular CNC part shipments.

This transport method is especially suitable for:

Corrosion Protection During Transport

CNC machined metal parts may be exposed to humidity and temperature changes during international transport. To reduce this risk, we use corrosion protection methods according to the material, surface condition and customer requirements.

Our corrosion protection approach may include:

  • VCI / IVC corrosion protection packaging
  • Special anti-corrosion oil for uncoated steel parts
  • Protected wrapping for sensitive surfaces
  • Moisture-conscious packaging
  • Proper separation of parts inside the box
  • Additional protection for long-distance transport

For uncoated steel parts, we use special corrosion-preventive oil to protect surfaces during storage and transport. For coated or surface-treated parts, packaging is selected according to the surface sensitivity and corrosion risk.

Scratch Protection for Sensitive Parts

Some materials and surfaces require additional protection against scratches and contact damage.

For aluminium parts, visible surfaces, coated parts and sensitive components, we can use special plastic wrapping, protective sleeves, separators or individual packaging methods to prevent part-to-part contact during transport.

For parts with sensitive external surfaces or external threads, we use protective mesh sleeves or similar wrapping methods to reduce the risk of scratches, thread damage and surface marks.

This is especially important for:

  • Anodized parts
  • Coated components
  • Visible surfaces
  • External threads
  • Polished or precision surfaces
  • Parts with sharp edges or contact-sensitive geometries

Strong Export Packaging

Proper packaging is essential for safe international transport. We use strong, export-ready packaging methods to protect parts during handling, loading, customs processing and delivery.

Our standard packaging approach includes:

  • Double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes
  • Part separation inside the box
  • Protective wrapping when required
  • Clear box labelling
  • Controlled box weight
  • 2 mm thick strapping
  • Horizontal and vertical strapping
  • Packaging adapted to part weight and geometry

For box shipments, we use strong double-wall cartons and apply reinforced strapping. Depending on the shipment type, boxes can be strapped with 3 horizontal and 3 vertical straps using 2 mm thick strapping material to improve transport safety and reduce the risk of box deformation or damage.

Controlled Box Weight and Palletized Shipments

To ensure safe handling and reduce transport damage, our box weights are controlled carefully.

As a standard, we keep individual boxes at a maximum weight of 25 kg whenever possible. This helps improve handling safety, protects the packaging structure and reduces the risk of damage during loading and unloading.

For larger shipments, we use palletized transport solutions.

We prefer Euro pallet shipment when:

  • The total shipment weight is over 300 kg
  • The shipment includes more than 6 boxes
  • The parts are heavy or difficult to handle manually
  • The shipment requires extra stability
  • The customer requests palletized delivery

Palletized shipments provide better stability, safer handling and improved protection for larger or heavier deliveries.

Labelling and Traceability

Every shipment is prepared with clear identification to support easy receiving and inspection by the customer.

Packaging labels can include:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Project number
  • Part number
  • Drawing number
  • Quantity
  • Box number
  • Gross weight
  • Net weight
  • Shipment reference
  • MHN Precision identification

This helps customers easily match delivered parts with their orders, drawings and internal receiving processes.

Export Documentation

We prepare and coordinate the necessary export documents for shipments from Turkey to Europe.

Depending on the shipment and customer requirements, documentation may include:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • A.TR Movement Certificate
  • Customs Declaration
  • Certificate of Origin, if required
  • Material certificates, if required
  • Coating certificates, if required
  • Measurement reports, if required
  • Shipment notification
