AI-Powered Drawing Reports with Secure Cloud Processing

Our AI-supported software analyzes technical drawings and converts key information such as dimensions, tolerances, materials and surface treatment notes into structured reports. Data processing is carried out through ISO 27001-certified AWS server infrastructure and handled in accordance with BDSG and GDPR requirements.

The completed drawing analysis report is shared with the customer together with the shipment notification, creating a transparent and traceable supply process from drawing review to delivery.

Second-Level Burr & Corrosion Inspection

In addition to the standard quality control process, burrs, sharp edges, surface cleanliness and corrosion risks are checked by a separate second inspection unit. This additional control step helps ensure that parts are delivered clean, protected and ready for use.

Regular Calibration of Measuring Equipment

All measuring instruments used in our quality control process are sent for calibration every 6 months. This helps us maintain measurement accuracy, inspection reliability and consistent quality control standards.

Gauge Check Before Measurement

Before starting any inspection, all measuring instruments are checked with certified gauges. We do not begin dimensional control without confirming the accuracy of our measuring tools through gauge verification.

Temperature-Controlled Inspection Room

Our quality control room is maintained at a constant temperature of 20°C. Before measurement, parts are kept in this controlled environment for 24 hours to stabilize. We also check the part temperature before every inspection to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results.
